Our Founder & Principal, Monica Didier
As an accomplished business coach, corporate strategist, and change management leader, Monica Didier is trusted by executives worldwide to help grow their companies (and themselves) beyond their current expectations. With more than 30 years of business consulting experience, she has developed the ability to address an impressive range of challenges faced by senior leaders and CEOs.
Monica’s strengths lie in her ability to effect change, manage business relationships, and translate strategies into tangible actions. She is particularly well-known for leading initiatives focused on work alignment (offshoring, re-shoring, outsourcing) and human capital (M&A integration, development, competency, succession). In recognition of Monica’s unparalleled ability to engage and develop others, Vistage International even chose her to chair CEO peer groups in Philadelphia and the Greater Atlanta Region.
Monica is also a frequent conference speaker and works as an adjunct faculty member at Villanova University and Saint Joseph’s Haub School of Business, where she formerly sat on the advisory board. Additionally, she serves on the Chester County Futures Board of Directors. In 2014, Monica was celebrated as a finalist for ‘Philanthropist of the Year’ for her work with youth and women initiatives. She is also proud to be one of only a handful of professionals worldwide who are certified for HSi Leadership Impact (LI, LSI with ILF) and Management Impact (MI).
